  • When someone moves into your market, you are the agent chosen, matched the same way.
  • Certification is the filter. Members are verified, agree to six written standards, and carry the designation Certified Referral Partner.
  • You keep your brokerage, your business, your brand. This is a network you belong to, not a company you join.

We are certifying the first 300 members now. Founding Members shape the standards, hold the founding rate for life, and are first in line for matches when clients begin arriving in your market. A seat is held in your name.

Six standards, in writing

  1. IAnswer every referral within one business day Not instantly. Reliably. The client is told what to expect and it holds true.
  2. IIAccept only what you are genuinely right for Turning down a poor match is a mark of the network, not a failure of it.
  3. IIIReport back at every milestone The agent who sent the client is never left wondering.
  4. IVRepresent the client, not the transaction Advice that costs you the sale is still the advice you give.
  5. VHold your license, insurance, and standing current Verified at certification and reviewed annually.
  6. VIHonor the fee arrangement exactly as written Agreed before introduction, paid without follow-up.
